The two buildings, one five-storey building and another four storey building are Atia Mahal.
The buildings are situated at Dakkhin Shibbari area in Sylhet where militants were staying in the five-storey building.
The buildings got popularity for a raid by army commandos.
In the para commandos raid, four militants, including a woman were killed.
Ustar Ali, 65, is the owner of the building. The BNP supporter Ustar Ali has huse property.
He started his career as a clark of a government office. Later he went retirement as a administration officer.
The name of Ustar Ali’s wife is Atia. For the reason, the buildings’ name are Atia Mahal. Ustar Ali built the buildings four years back. He is father of five sons and two daughters. His elder son is a doctor, two sons are business man and other two sons are student. His two daughters are married.
Ustar Ali live with his family in a one-storey building beside the Atia Mahal. Besides, he has one more three-storey building. He has also some shops. He also has some other properties which worth Taka some crore.
Locals said Ustar Ali is very charitable person.
