Charge sheet against Arafat Sunny will be submitted March 23

A Dhaka court on Thursday fixed March 23 for submitting charge sheet against national team cricket player Arafat Sunny and his mother Nargis Akhtar.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Mazharul Islam fixed the date.

Earliar, the court fixed Thursday for submitting charge sheet report in a case filed under Women and Children Repression Prevention Act. But, the investigation officer could not submit the report.

According to the case, Arafat Sunny got married a woman named Nasrin Sultana on December 4 without family knowledge.
Arafat wanted to conceal the marriage.

On June last year, Sunny opened a fake facebook and uploaded indecent picture of Nasrin on the facebook.

According to the issue, Nasrin Sultana filed a case against Sunny under Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Act On January 5.

On January 22, police arrested Sunny from his Amin Bazar house.
