De-Chut in 25

“I am Bangladesh; therefore I am responsible for keeping this country beautiful “addressing this slogan, the 24th founding anniversary of the country’s traditional tourism “De-Chut Vromon Songho” was held at a Chinese restaurant in Old Dhaka on 1st May. On the occasion of the 25th year, this organization organized a splendid event. One point of this program was packed house of travelers who came from Dhaka and its surrounding area.

Journalist Jamil Mahmud, Mr. Rocky Bhuiyan from Bangladesh Human Rights Dhaka South, police officer Mr. Kamruzzaman, short film maker Diganta Saourav, presenter of Bangladesh Betar Mr. Hasnat Sifat, Mr. Helal Uddin from Ministry of Public Administration, Social worker Emran Hossain, Kamrul Hasan Talukder, Hasan Al Mamun Limon, Shafiqul Nadim, Mashiur Rahman Mamun, Masum Billah, Nuruzzaman Shipon, Mamun Khondokar, Shwpon Sarkar and many other travel lover, guest were present there.
At the very beginning of this occasion Mohammed Belal Ahmed recitation some line from holy Quran. Md. Rony Mridha and Noor U Rajon was the host of the whole program. Mr. Rabiul Hasan Khan Mona from Vromon Bangladesh, Ziaur Rahman Zia from Travelers Club, Md. Sobur Mia from Open Freiends Group , Mostak Rahman from Old Dhaka Youth Club and Abu Jafar Khosru ( Upozila Election Commission officer) and some other guest keep their inauguration speech. Upazilla social welfare officer Mr. Abdul Jabbar and Publishing Secretary of Bangladesh Social Welfare Officers Association Mr. Mostafizur Rahman Helal gives some guideline for organizations future prospect. Mr. Jabbar also suggested that organization should be registered as quickly as possible.
After inauguration speech of the invited guest, the founder & chief organizer of De- Chut Md. Javed Hakim express his gratitude to the dedicated member Mr. Khondokar Mostak Ahmed, Md. Jasim Uddin, M.A. Kalam, Salman Papon, Mujahidul Islam Joy, Jahir Uddin Ujjal, Arafat Rahman, Abdul Kayum, Nazeeb Moammed, Fahim Hossain and Mominul Haque in his speech. He said to the young member that if I can spend the night at the end of the hard work and I can write a travel story for the newspaper from De-Chut, why cannot you allocate some time for the organization? He expresses gratitude to Md, Maruf, A.B. Malek, Md. Faruq, Yasir Yusha and Ifti Chawdhury for making the event successful.
In speaker’s speech he went back in 1993, the journey began by tour of Rangamati Hill Tracts. In this long journey, I gathered various experience through travelling lots of places and managing the organization. He also added that, though De-Chut starts their journey with a hill trip by this reason friends of De-Chut are also big hearted! Without my autocracy, throughout the years, the print and electronic media could not match the identity of De-Chut in international arena. It’s being possible for everyone’s dedicated mentality. He also gives thanks and gratitude to all feature editors of top ranked newspaper and online news portal published in Bangladesh. Javed Hakim says, honest and qualified dictatorship may bring success but companions should have a strong participation in decision making. From the beginning they give support and I also give support to them in every occasion. An organization brings success, when the member of that organization gives priority to regarding the interests of the organization than the interests of the person.
Many people have got opportunities at different times to join in De-Chut. Whenever someone wanted to reflect the dirty mindset, he fell down automatically. That is why he is grateful to almighty. In the organization’s governing council, the role of society is not important; rather the role playing participation of the organization’s success is very important. De-Chut is a well-organized voluntary travel organization, whose fund is collected from among them. Besides tourism, friends of the organization take part in and other social service activities in different places of Bangladesh as well as donate relief. Friends of the organization give priority to hills, jungle, and jhiripath for travel purpose. Javead Hakim says there is no fear of losing someone so there is no scope to indulge in any kind of wrongdoing.
In the end he proudly mentions that, De-Chut is the only organization in Bangladesh where full details of a person or NID is mandatory to join the organization.
After the end of the speech, he requested to guests to accept the reception of the anniversary cake. And then the successful program were sign off by congratulating and dedicate to Hamidur Rahman Hamid Bhai (the symbol of the youth of the Old Dhaka) also an inspirer of De-Chut who sat on his private office beside the venue.
